The materials we build with
We manufacture from engineered thermoplastics - primarily HDPE and PP - chosen for corrosion resistance, chemical resistance and a long service life.
Unlike steel or concrete, engineered plastics do not rust or corrode and need little maintenance. That makes them well suited to water, wastewater, chemicals and outdoor use. The two materials below cover most of what we make; the right choice depends on the medium, temperature and application.
HDPE and PP
HDPE - high-density polyethylene
A tough, impact-resistant thermoplastic that performs well across a wide temperature range and resists most acids and bases.
- Excellent impact and stress-crack resistance
- Resistant to corrosion and many chemicals
- Can be UV-stabilised for outdoor use
- Fully recyclable
PP - polypropylene
A rigid, lightweight thermoplastic with a higher temperature tolerance, often used where stiffness and chemical resistance matter.
- Higher heat tolerance than HDPE
- Strong chemical resistance
- Rigid and lightweight
- Fully recyclable

Spiral-wound construction
For large tanks, cisterns and silos we use spiral winding of HDPE - building the wall by winding and welding the material to the required diameter and thickness. This lets us produce seamless, custom-sized vessels engineered to each project rather than fixed catalogue sizes.
