By using the website, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

It does not provide automatic online checkout, online payment or immediate conclusion of a sales contract.

Ordinary indexing by legitimate search engines is not prohibited where it respects the website’s technical instructions.

6. Product information

We seek to keep product information clear, accurate and current. However:

• material and equipment availability may vary;

A binding business relationship arises only where authorised persons agree the relevant terms and a quotation, order confirmation or contract becomes binding under its wording and applicable law.

A specific written quotation, technical specification, order confirmation or contract prevails over general website information.

8. Consultations

Submitting a consultation request is not an immediate reservation.

The PLASTOPEX team reviews the request and later confirms:

• the time;
• the communication method;
• the availability of a call;
• the availability of a site visit;
• other relevant conditions.

A preliminary consultation is non-binding unless the parties subsequently agree otherwise.

Advice provided during a preliminary consultation is based on information submitted by the user and does not replace a formal engineering design where one is required.

A configurator result is not:

• a final price;

The final solution may depend on:

• intended use;
• the substance to be stored;
• chemical composition and concentration;
• temperature;
• pressure;
• external load;
• soil and groundwater;
• foundation and anchoring;

• installation method;
• local laws and permits.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.

To the extent permitted by law, PLASTOPEX is not responsible for a result based on inaccurate, incomplete or outdated user input.

10. Prices

Any price displayed on the website or in a configurator is indicative unless expressly stated otherwise.

A displayed amount may exclude:

• construction and preparatory work;
• special reinforcement;
• additional equipment;
• engineering;
• customs and import charges;
• costs outside the standard delivery area.

Only the price, currency, tax treatment, scope and validity period stated in a specific written quotation are binding.

11. Delivery, unloading and installation

Information about service and transport areas is indicative.

Delivery feasibility depends on:

• unloading conditions;

• transport availability;
• local requirements.

The PLASTOPEX team confirms the availability, timing and cost of transport, unloading or installation after reviewing the relevant information.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the submitted address, map information, photographs and site-access information.

12. Technical requirements and safety

Before ordering, the customer or project user must provide relevant information about:

13. Plastiša digital assistant and OpenAI API

Plastiša uses artificial intelligence and the direct OpenAI API to help users find information and receive preliminary guidance.

By using Plastiša, you understand and agree that:

• a response is generated by an automated system;
• it may contain an error;
• it may misunderstand a question;
• it may be incomplete or outdated;
• it is not a binding quotation;
• it does not confirm a final price or delivery date;
• it is not a technical warranty;
• important information must be confirmed by an authorised PLASTOPEX representative.

Plastiša is not a substitute for:

• a formal quotation;
• a construction or mechanical design;
• a structural calculation;
• chemical or material analysis;
• a safety assessment;
• legal or regulatory advice;
• an opinion from a qualified professional.

To generate a response, content you submit may be transmitted to the OpenAI API. Further information about that processing is provided in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit passwords, payment card information, banking data or other sensitive information.

PLASTOPEX may limit, suspend or terminate a conversation in response to:

• misuse;
• security concerns;
• attempts to manipulate the system;
• unlawful content;
• technical requirements;
• maintenance.

14. User content and attachments

You retain the rights you hold in:

• photographs;
• drawings;
• sketches;
• specifications;
• messages;
• other material you submit.

By submitting material, you grant PLASTOPEX a non-exclusive, limited right to use it as necessary to:

• consider the request;
• prepare a quotation;
• perform a technical assessment;
• communicate with you;
• manufacture a product;
• perform a contract;
• arrange delivery or installation;
• handle a complaint;
• comply with legal obligations.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the material and that its use for these purposes does not infringe another person’s rights.

PLASTOPEX will not publicly use your project photographs, drawings or documentation for marketing without an additional appropriate legal basis or permission.

15. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, PLASTOPEX or its licensors own rights in:

• the business name and logo;

• text;
• photographs;
• videos;
• graphics and illustrations;
• catalogues;
• technical presentations;
• content structure and databases;
• software elements;
• configurators;
• original marketing material.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• use the logo in a way suggesting a partnership;

PLASTOPEX may stop sending to addresses that:

23. Consumers and mandatory rights

Where you act as a consumer, these Terms do not restrict rights provided by mandatory law.

Because the website does not provide automatic online checkout, submitting an enquiry alone does not constitute a distance sales contract.

Where a specific consumer contract is subsequently concluded at a distance, applicable mandatory consumer information and protection rules will apply to that transaction.

26. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.

The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute amicably.

Where an amicable resolution is not possible, the competent court in the Republic of Serbia will have jurisdiction under applicable territorial-jurisdiction rules.

This clause does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection or jurisdiction available under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence.

27. Language

These Terms are available in Serbian and English.

In the event of an inconsistency, the Serbian version prevails unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

28. Severability

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced to the extent legally possible in a manner closest to its lawful commercial purpose.
