When might a plastic silo not be the ideal choice?

What to prepare before sending an inquiry?
- State the material that will be stored: grains, animal feed, flour, sawdust, granulate, cement, lime, chemical or another material.
- Prepare the desired silo capacity, ideally in m³ or in kilograms/tons if you know the bulk density of the material.
- State whether you need a capacity in the range of 1 to 50 m³ or a special custom solution.
- Describe the silo filling method: manual, by screw conveyor, pneumatic, from a truck, from a production line or in another way.
- Describe the emptying method: bottom outlet, side outlet, conveyor connection, valve, hopper or other equipment.
- State where the silo is placed: farm, yard, production plant, hall, outdoor space or a special structure.
- Prepare the available height and width of the space, as well as information on whether there is a restriction for transport or assembly.
- State whether a cover, inspection opening, connections, supports, legs, hopper, valve, pipeline, level indicator or other equipment is needed.
- Send site photos, a sketch, space measurements or an existing project if available.
- If a chemical, abrasive or specific material is stored, prepare the material's technical data sheet or basic data on the composition and temperature.
