Overview
Plastopex builds custom floating marinas, floating jetties and mooring docks, based on HDPE plastic pontoons and supporting structures adapted to the location, purpose and number of vessels. Such solutions enable practical, stable and safe mooring of boats, ships, catamarans and other vessels in marinas, tourist complexes, private berths and commercial facilities on the water.
Floating marinas are suitable for locations where a flexible berth is needed that can be adapted to the water level, the shape of the shore, the layout of the moorings and the planned capacity. They are used for mooring vessels, access platforms, floating walkways, jetties, docks, tourist facilities, fish ponds and other structures on the water.
The basis of the system consists of plastic pontoons made of HDPE material, which are resistant to corrosion, moisture, fresh and salt water, weather conditions and wear. Unlike metal or concrete elements, plastic pontoons do not rot and do not require anti-corrosion protection, which makes them a practical solution for long-lasting use on the water.
The configuration of a floating marina can be adapted to different shapes and needs: straight jetties, side moorings, mooring docks, boarding and disembarking platforms, modular walkways, floating elements for tourist facilities or combined solutions with several moorings. The construction can be carried out in combination with metal, aluminum or wooden elements, depending on the requirements of the project.
