Overview
Plastopex manufactures plastic pipes and ventilation pipes made of HDPE and PPH materials, intended for sewerage systems, drainage, dewatering, irrigation, the transport of industrial wastewater and the ventilation of facilities. The pipes are produced using spiral winding technology, in various diameters and versions, according to the conditions of the project and the purpose of the system.
Plastic pipes are used for storm sewerage, sewage collectors, pipelines for the transport of industrial wastewater, drainage systems, irrigation, dewatering and other technical installations. Thanks to their elasticity and good mechanical resistance, HDPE and PPH pipes are suitable for terrain where ground movement may occur, because they do not crack easily like rigid materials and enable reliable operation of the pipeline.
Plastopex manufactures plastic sewage pipes with a profiled wall in diameters from Ø300 mm to Ø3000 mm. The pipes are watertight, non-porous and resistant to wear, corrosion, aggressive substances and wastewater. Due to their lower weight they are simpler to transport, handle and install, including on hard-to-access terrain. At the customer’s request, seals can be installed and joints adapted to the needs of the project.
Ventilation pipes are produced for the ventilation of halls, agricultural farms, fattening facilities, industrial buildings and plants where the extraction of gases, vapors or aggressive air mixtures is required. They can also be used as roof ventilation pipes, flues or ducts for farms, pig and cattle facilities, as well as other facilities where reliable ventilation is needed.
When installing ventilation pipes on the roofs of farms and fattening facilities, standard fans for extracting vapors can be provided at the customer’s request, as well as butterfly dampers that help prevent atmospheric precipitation from entering the facility. Ventilation pipes are most often made in diameters of Ø400, Ø500, Ø600, Ø800, Ø1000 and Ø1200 mm.

When might plastic pipes not be the ideal choice?
