Overview

The septic tanks are made of PEHD, i.e. HDPE material, using spiral winding technology, in accordance with the required volume, number of users, terrain conditions and installation requirements.
Plastic septic tanks are a practical solution for households, cottages, schools, kindergartens, hotels, motels, weekend settlements, commercial facilities and other locations where safe temporary or permanent disposal of wastewater is needed. Due to their low weight they are simpler to transport and assemble, and thanks to their non-porous and watertight structure they are suitable for long-lasting use in the ground.
PEHD material is resistant to corrosion, moisture, groundwater, temperature changes and chemicals commonly used in the household. It does not absorb odors from liquids nor emit them, which makes it suitable for storing sanitary-fecal wastewater. The smooth interior surface facilitates maintenance and reduces the retention of deposits.
Plastopex septic tanks can be non-flow (sealed), flow-through, two-chamber, three-chamber or designed as systems with partial biological treatment, depending on the purpose, load and conditions at the location. Non-flow septic tanks are used when a sewerage network is not available, while flow-through versions can be a temporary or design solution where wastewater drainage is resolved according to the terrain conditions and applicable regulations.
Volumes range from 500 l to 15,000 l, with the possibility of adapting the diameter, length, number of chambers, inlet and outlet connections, inspection openings and additional equipment. For the correct choice of septic tank, it is necessary to take into account the number of users, the expected amount of wastewater, access for emptying, the presence of groundwater, the depth of burial and any external loads.
For safe and long-lasting use, proper installation is important: preparation of the excavation, leveling of the bottom, placement of a sandy base, proper backfilling, anchoring in the groundwater zone and a load-relieving concrete slab when there is a larger overburden or traffic load. When might a plastic septic tank not be the ideal choice without additional review?

- If the number of users is large or a variable load is expected, the volume and emptying regime should be checked further.

What to prepare before sending an inquiry?
