Overview
Plastopex manufactures high-quality plastic manholes for sewerage, inspection and water meter systems, made of HDPE and PP materials using the technology of spiral winding and extrusion welding of plastic. The manholes are produced in standard diameters from Ø600 mm to Ø2400 mm, with the possibility of adapting the height, connections, invert channel, lid and the method of connecting to the pipeline.
Plastic manholes are used as inspection elements of sewerage systems, enabling access to the pipeline for control, cleaning and maintenance. Due to their low weight, watertightness and non-porous structure, they represent a practical alternative to traditional concrete manholes, especially when quick assembly, easy transport and good sealing of joints with PEHD or PVC sewage pipes are important.
HDPE and PP materials have excellent mechanical characteristics and resistance to breakage, corrosion, moisture and the influence of groundwater. The interior of the manhole is smooth for easier maintenance, while the external spiral-wound profile contributes to the stability of the construction in the ground. Depending on the requirements of the project, manholes can be made with a conical top, a flat top, an open or closed invert channel, as well as with welded steps for access and control.

When might a plastic manhole not be the ideal choice?

What to prepare before sending an inquiry?
